WRK+ — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WRK+ handles your information in the WRK+ mobile app (the “App”). WRK+ is operated by The GrEEK Campus / MQR Coworking Spaces in Egypt. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run your membership and the workspaces:

Phone number — to sign you in (one-time SMS code) and identify your account.
Name and email address — saved to your member/contact profile so we can serve you, confirm bookings, and contact you about your account.
Gender and date of birth — saved to your profile to personalise your experience and for community insights.
Workspace activity — access pass / QR usage, desk check-ins, room and desk bookings, service requests, and perks you redeem.
Push notification token — a device token used only to deliver notifications you’ve allowed.
Usage and diagnostics — basic in-app analytics and stability data, to improve the App.

Location: if you choose “Nearest” when browsing locations, the App uses your device location on your device only to sort workspaces by distance. We do not store or transmit your location to our servers.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we use your information

To authenticate you and operate your membership.
To process and confirm workspace, desk, and meeting-room bookings.
To show your access pass, perks, announcements, and community content.
To send notifications you’ve opted into.
To improve and secure the App.

Service providers

We share limited data with providers who process it only on our behalf:

Supabase — secure database and authentication.
SMS Misr — delivery of your one-time login code.
Odoo — our business/CRM system holding your contact + membership record.
MQR Portal — our workspace/bookings system.
PostHog and Google Firebase / Google Analytics — product analytics and notification delivery.

Data security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured infrastructure. Access on sensitive screens (your access QR / perk codes) is protected in the App.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. You can delete your account at any time from within the App: Profile → Delete account. This removes your app credentials and personal profile data; some records we are required to keep for legal/accounting reasons may be retained as required by law.

Children

The App is intended for adults using WRK+ workspaces and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
